Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, transportation, incidentals, fees, permits, licenses, and insurance necessary to install a 7-1/2-ton split type air to air heat pump equipment including metal supply to connect the new air handler to the existing supply air duct system, rectangular/ square return air ducts (not round duct), return air grilles, auxiliary electrical strip heat, new refrigerant piping, control wiring and thermostat at Base Elizabeth City, Building 75 Shop 650 Tool Room HVAC Replacement. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on AUG 23, 2023. All quotes must be submitted via email to Jessika.a.bartlett@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220. The small business standard is $19M. Pursuant to FAR 36.204, the estimated cost range is between $25K and $100K. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
