This requirement is being solicited as 100% Set Aside to all small businesses. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award the contract to provide one Utility side by side vehicle to USCG Station Oregon Inlet located at Hwy 12S Nags Head, NC 27959 as per attach specifications. Quotations are being requested under number 70Z08122QPR220000117. The NAICS code 336112. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-04. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this solicitation and are applicable.
