The U.S. Coast Guard has an emergent requirement for eight (8) Rolls-Royce Solutions GmbH display panels (P/N X00ES1000152) for MTU 4000 series diesel engines. One unit must be shipped directly to the CGC Webber at USCG Base Miami Beach, with all items ultimately shipped to a receiving facility in Baltimore, MD. This is anticipated as a non-competitive, sole-source award to Thales Defense & Security, Inc. or its authorized distributors, requiring a verification letter from the OEM. The packaging, packing, marking, and bar-coding requirements are strict, and failure to comply will result in rejection. The award will be a firm fixed-price contract on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.
