FILTER ELEMENT, AIR CONDITIONING
The United States Coast Guard requires 1,084 air conditioning filter elements, manufacturer part number 3090-199-016 from Freudenberg Nonwovens LP or its authorized distributors. The government anticipates a non-competitive, sole-source award and requires a letter from the OEM verifying the offeror is an authorized distributor. All items must be delivered to the USCG SFLC Receiving Room in Baltimore, Maryland. Offerors must submit sufficient information for evaluation within two calendar days from the notice posting date. The award will be a firm fixed-price contract on a lowest price technically acceptable basis to a responsible offeror.
