The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center requires open, inspect, report, and overhaul/repair services for one FDVS multi-mode imaging system (Quickset/Moog WM-300A). Delivery will be F.O.B. destination to the USCG SFLC receiving room in Baltimore, MD, with deliveries accepted Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm. The contractor must provide an all-or-nothing firm fixed price quote covering labor, materials, and estimated schedule, with award made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. Any repair work can only begin after written Contracting Officer approval and is subject to a not-to-exceed amount based on the agreed rates and open-and-inspect findings. Substitute parts are not acceptable, and the government will not provide drawings or proprietary data for this equipment.
