This commercial solicitation covers opening, inspecting, reporting, and overhaul/repair of 24 Thales Defense & Security computer subassemblies (NSN 5895 01-515-8456, P/N 700137-536-002). Offers must be all-or-nothing with a total firm fixed price, and award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror, with the optional repair CLIN potentially exercised at time of award. Drawings, specifications, or schematics will not be provided due to proprietary data rights, and substitute parts are not acceptable. Performance and delivery are FOB destination to the USCG SFLC Receiving Room, Bldg. #88A, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD, with deliveries accepted Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm.
