The US Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center seeks quotes for two corrosion anode items: NSN 5340-01-647-6179 (qty 100) and NSN 5340-01-644-5483 (qty 1100), manufactured by Galvotec Alloys, Inc., with brand-name or equal products meeting specified physical and functional characteristics. Each anode must be individually packaged, packed, marked, and bar-coded per military standards (MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, MIL-STD-129R, ISO/IEC-16388-2007 Code 39); non-compliant items will be rejected, possibly returned, and payment delayed. Standard commercial packaging is unacceptable, but vendors may use a third party for packaging if needed, with any additional cost included in the quotation. The Coast Guard intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on an all-or-none basis to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. Offerors must be registered in SAM and submit required representations and certifications, including the HSAR inverted domestic corporation disclosure.
