All parts must be individually packaged, marked, and bar-coded in strict compliance with military standards MIL-STD-2073-1E and SP-PP&M-001. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to the USCG SFLC Receiving Room in Baltimore, Maryland. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract on an "all or none" basis to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror.
