The US Coast Guard requires 20 each of a brand-name panel relay (OEM Vision Electric Northwest, part IDS-820) used in the intrusion detection system, with substitutes considered only if they meet the specified salient characteristics. Strict individual packaging, marking, and bar-coding per MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129R, and ISO/IEC-16388-2007 is mandatory; standard commercial packaging will not be accepted. Delivery is FOB Destination to the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center at 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21126. Award will be a firm fixed-price contract on an all-or-none basis at the lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must be registered in SAM and have valid DUNS numbers to be considered.
