This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, qoutations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z08024QPBPL0004 is issued as a Request for Qoutation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-01 effective 14 November 2023; Department of Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) effective 21 July 2023; Homeland Security Acquisition Manual (HSAM) 2024-01 effective 30 November 2023; Coast Guard Acquisition Procedures (CGAP) 2023-01 effective 08 May 2023. It is anticipated that one (1) firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
