Audio Visual (A/V) setup can take place the morning of the event prior to 8am, Saturday April 20, 2024. Breakdown and cleanup of party tent and furniture: Breakdown will need to occur the Saturday April 22, 2024, no earlier than 2pm and prior to 8pm.
