Amendment A00003 hereby requires all offerors to re-submit their pricing on the revised Schedule of Supplies/Services sheet and the Mandatory Parts sheet. All fields shall be completed and all pricing present on the form, utilizing the Mandatory Parts fill in sheet for material costs. Offerors are required to submit a signed copy of Amendment A00003, along with the completed Schedule of Supplies/Services and Mandatory Parts sheet, NO LATER THAN 9/11/2023, 3:00 pm.
