This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) prepared in accorance with the format in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commerical items and as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation notice. his solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04 effective January 30, 2022. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 721110 titled Hotels (except Casino Hotels). The small business size standard is $32.5 million. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that one (1) firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The period of performance for this contract is March 08, 2022 and terminate on May 10, 2022. Offerors that have this capability are invited to submit quotations in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. Statement of Requirement The proposed contract to be awarded by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) shall be for Dining and Lodging as specified in the Statement of Work. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, necessary to meet the requirements of the specification. Evaluation Criteria The provision at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote is the most advantageous best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: Technical Approach - All items in the SOW are required and it will be incumbent upon the contractor to ensure all items are included. Without parroting the SOW, describe how your lodging accommodations and proposed meals meets or exceed the description of minimum requirements in the solicitation, be sure to highlight any property amenities, additional food items, etc. that the government will receive above the description provided in the solicitation. Past Performance: The Government may utilize any references provided by the Contractor, along with information available from past contracts/orders with the USCG and any information found using sources such as Federal Government sources, Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS)/Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) to determine if the Contractor has satisfactory or neutral Past Performance. The Government reserves the right to limit or expand the number of references it decides to contact and to contact references other than those provided by the offeror.
