This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no other solicitation document will be issued. Contractors shall provide a quote for the Fabrication and delivery of One (1) Floating Work Platform USCGC CAMPBELL & USCGC TAHOMA in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW). Vendors Doing Business with the Coast Guard MUST be registered or willing to register with the System for Award Management at WWW.SAM.Gov Evaluation Process: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The lowest price quote will be evaluated on technical acceptability. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated. This is a Firm Fixed Price Purchase/Delivery Order. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this order and are applicable. The Contracting Officer (KO) is responsible for ensuring performance of all necessary actions for effective contracting, ensuring compliance with the contract terms, and safeguarding the interests of the United States in the contractual relationship. The KO is responsible for ensuring that the Contractor receives impartial, fair, and equitable treatment under this order. The KO is ultimately responsible for the final determination of the adequacy of the Contractor’s performance. Communications pertaining to contractual administrative matters for this contract shall be addressed to the KO(s) listed below. Changes in, or deviations from, the scope of work shall not be effected without written modification to the Order as executed by a Contracting Officer. See attached document.
