Spec. 3020. Specifically: re-wind motor, re-condition, install new bearings, and balance. Contractor shall Disassemble, clean and inspect, Perform electrical tests and check mechanical fits, Check stator core laminations, Rewind stator and varnish treat windings Clean and oven bake rotor. Contractor shall furnish and install new: New bearings (2ea Standard Ball bearings). Contractor shall dynamically balance the rotor and blower wheel, Assemble, test and paint, Crate fan according mil-spec packing. Contractor shall ensure all work is completed in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). 2. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Work will be completed NO LATER THAN October 1, 2021 3.
