The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) Medium Endurance Cutter Product Line (MECPL) is seeking qualified sources to inspect, overhaul, test, preserve, package, mark, bar code, and deliver the following propellers and controllable pitch propellers (CPP) blade sets: 65’ WLR/WYTL and 75’ WLIC/WLR NSN 2010-01-482-6135 NSN 2010-01-501-5749 NSN 2010-01-501-5755 NSN 2010-01-534-9089 NSN 2010-01-534-9095 NSN 2010-01-501-5504 NSN 2010-01-501-5506 NSN 2010-01-501-5459 NSN 2010-01-501-5465 87’ CPB NSN 2010-01-459-0421 NSN 2010-01-457-0573 110’ WPB NSN 2010-01-222-2440 NSN 2010-01-222-2441 140’ WTBG NSN 2010-01-078-8216 160’ WLIC NSN 2010-01-036-7597 NSN 2010-01-037-7295 175’ WLM NSN 2010-01-413-8557 NSN 2010-01-413-7146 210’A WMEC NSN 2010-00-906-6010 NSN 2010-00-906-6009 210’B WMEC NSN 2010-01-134-0378 NSN 2010-01-134-7238 270’ WMEC NSN 2010-01-120-2871 NSN 2010-01-119-3972 The SLFC intends to overhaul various quantities of propellers and blade sets per year by issuing delivery orders and will provide dummy hubs as Government Furnished Equipment for the 210’A, 210’B and 270 WMEC inspections and overhauls. The period of performance will be for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. All responses must include: A positive statement of your intention to submit a bid for a solicitation for this requirement as a prime contractor Evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope (ie: contract numbers, dollar amounts, periods of performance) Confirm ability to condut all Quality Assurance Inspections with the U.S. Inquiries/information received after the established deadline may be considered for this notice. The Government shall not pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this notice or for the information provided. At this time, the USCG does NOT have an estimated time frame for the release of the solicitation and this is NOT a request for quotations/proposals. Questions and/or information must be submitted in writing to Christina Ayers at Christina.l.ayers@uscg.mil no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date this notice is published.
