The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forges Logistics Center (SFLC) Medium Endurance Cutter Product Line (MECPL) anticipates awarding one (1) firm, fixed price, non-competitive, requirements type contract as a result of this RFP. It is the Government’s intention to solicit and negotiate solely with Appleton Marine, Inc. A Sole Source Justification & Approval was executed for this solicitation. The resulting contract for the purchase/overhaul of Appleton crane assemblies and spare parts is to contain one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options periods. No parts or overhauls will be obligated as a result of this RFP or contract award. Orders will be funded and placed individually against the resultant contract. The closing date has been extended to 04 August 2020 for this solicitation.
