This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z080-20-Q-P45905800 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2019-06 effective October 10, 2019, Department of Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) effective January 28, 2019, Homeland Security Acquisition Manual (HSAM) effective July 31, 2019, and Coast Guard Acquisition Procedures (CGAP) effective September 29, 2017..
