This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Acquisition of Commercial Items; FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. All correspondence regarding this acquisition shall reference Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 70Z08019QP45C5800. 3. This solicitation and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. 4. This request for quotations (RFQ) is set aside for Small Business. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code (NAICS) is 332999. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. 5. Quotes are to be submitted on Attachment I pricing sheet entitled "Schedule of Supplies". 6. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) Medium Endurance Cutter Product Line (MECPL) intends to award a firm-fixed-price Requirements contract containing one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. This contract will be for the purchase of Flight Deck Safety Net Kits in accordance with Attachment II "Statement of Work, Flight Deck Safety Net Kits Provide" and Attachment III drawing 901-WMEC_612_4_1_-_A.
