FINISHED SIZE: 134MM OD X 95.5MM ID X 315MM LENGTH C/W GROOVES A COMPLETE DIMENSIONAL INSPECTION OF EACH BEARING SLEEVE WILL BE WITNESSED BY A COAST GUARD QUALITY ASSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE. ALL DIMESIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE DESCRIPTIVE SPECIFICATION DATA LISTED ABOVE. ALL MATERIALS AND GROOVE DETAILS SHALL COMPLY WITH OEM SPECIFICATIONS, STANDARDS AND DRAWINGS. BEARING SHALL BE INDIVIDUALLY PACKED IN A WOODEN BOX WHICH SHALL BE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING ADAQUATE PROTECTION DURING MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS AND PROTECTION AGAINST OUT-OF-ROUNDENSS DURING LONG TERM STORAGE. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106 apply.
