REQUIREMENT: The contractor is to provide a qualified Technical Representative to perform a detergent flush to remove heavy oil deposits in both of the 2 Main Diesel Engines(MDE's) Jacket Water systems. The engines are ALCO 16V 251-F diesel engine with a estimated J/W capacity of 450 gallons.
