This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z080-21-Q-P4504900 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-01 effective October 2, 2020, Department of Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) effective February 2019, Homeland Security Acquisition Manual (HSAM) 2020-10 effective July 31, 2020, Coast Guard Acquisition Procedures (CGAP) 2017-02 effective September 29, 2017, FAR Class Deviation 14-01 (DEC 2014), FAR Class Deviation 2019-01 Rev 1 (AUG 2020), FAR Class Deviation 20-04 Rev 1(AUG 2020), FAR Class Deviation 2020-05 (APR 2020), and FAR Class Deviation 2020-05 Rev 1(AUG 2020). NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION STANDARD CODE: The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Statement of Requirement The proposed contract to be awarded by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) shall be for Dockside repairs to the USCGC Paul Clark (WPC 1006) as specified in Attachment 2 – Statement of Work – Specification. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, necessary to meet the requirements of the specification.
