AVIATION AVAILIBILTY (AA) FY20 CGC SENECA (WMEC 906) The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, facilities and such other things as are necessary, except as otherwise specified to perform Aviation Availability (Dockside Repairs) to the USCGC SENECA (WMEC 906). CGC SENECA’s homeport is Boston, MA (427 Commercial St.) in exact accordance with this solicitation and attached specifications. OFFER DUE DATE/ LOCAL TIME 12/04/2019 12:00 PM EST All work is to be performed in accordance with USCGC SENECA (WMEC 906) Specification for Aviation Availability FY19, REV-0, 26 July 2019. Work covered by this solicitation, specification and resulting contract shall be completed within twenty-nine (29) calendar days from the date the vessel becomes available to the Contractor. The availability period of performance is 17 February 2020 and end on or about 16 March 2020.
