This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z080-20-Q-P30P0500 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 effective August 31, 2020, Department of Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) effective February 2019, Homeland Security Acquisition Manual (HSAM) 2020-10 effective July 31, 2020, and Coast Guard Acquisition Procedures (CGAP) 2017-02 effective September 29, 2017. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION STANDARD CODE: The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that one (1) firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT: The proposed contract to be awarded by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) shall be for Dockside repairs to the USCGC NORTHLAND (WMEC 904) as specified in Attachment 2 – Statement of Work - Specification. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, necessary to meet the requirements of the specification.
