The Contracting Officer has determined the number of responses to this RFQ will not provide ample responses to warrant a Small Business Set-A-Side, therefore in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a) this IS NOT A Small Business Set-A-Side. The purpose of this amendment is to change the period of performance (POP) to read: 23 Apr 2019- 1 May 2019. The POP shall not go past 5 May 2019.
