This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z080-19-Q-P45A7600A is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 effective July 12, 2019. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336611. This solicitation is issued as Competitive Unrestricted, Full and Open. All responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that one (1) firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Contractors that have the qualifications are invited to submit quotations in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: All dockside/dry dock services will be performed at Tampa Ship, LLC. located at 1130 McCloskey Blvd., Tampa, FL 33605, where the vessel will be in dry dock for concurrent warranty work. The contractor must have the ability to gain access to Tampa Ship shipyard to include any applicable fees, passes, or other entry requirements. In addition, the contractor must abide by any safety and environmental requirements as established by the yard facility. QUESTIONS: Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by 01 August 2019. After this date, further requests may not be accepted due to time constraints.
