This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is to purchase materials and services necessary to provide for the lifecycle support for the telephony and PA systems at all CG locations supported under this contract. Individual Task Orders (TO) shall be individually awarded with specific tasks for CASREPS, Grooms, eOn Training, Equipment Warranties, and Public Address systems. The Contractor shall be able to provide warranty and support services for the existing Avaya IPO and CM systems we currently have throughout the Coast Guard as an "Authorized Avaya Co Delivery and Service Provider". Cisco networking products are the CG standard and are used to support the telephony and PA network requirements.
