Question 1: “Does the USCG have any data on failure rate of the V7 System components?” Response: The Government does not have any data on V7 system component failure rates. Question 2: “Can you confirm the quantity of vessels that have the KVH comm box?” Response: Currently 117 systems deployed. Question 3: “Assume Q1FY21 is Gov’t fiscal year (Oct 1, 2020)?” Response: That is correct. Question 4: Is this contract a re-compete? If so which vendor is the incumbent? Response: This is solely a Request for Information for market research purposes. KVH is the incumbent provider for V7 systems right now. Question 5: What is the incumbent contract award ID?
