SCOPE: The awarded contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install a new mini split ductless condenser AC unit and fan unit in kind. System shall be tested and approved by the Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure the installed system works as intended before job is considered complete. Bidding vendors shall check and verify for themselves the square footage in each room and that the equipment they choose to install will meet the need of our requirement.
