The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to remove and dispose of a 48ft Pacemaker Sport fisherman vessel from 5200 E. Hospital Road (fig. 1 & 2 Enclosure 1) on USCG Base Cape Cod in Buzzards Bay, MA 02542 (Map Enclosure 2). The subject vessel may contain some oily residue in the engines and traceable amounts of diesel in the fuel tanks/fuel lines. These hazardous materials shall be contained and disposed in accordance with the state and federal regulations. Exercise caution to prevent release of petroleum products to the environment. The Contractor shall provide hazardous waste disposal manifest before reception of the payment. 1.1.1 REQUIRED WORK. Remove and dispose the vessel in its entirety.
