This is a design-build construction and environmental mitigation project to rebuild oceanfront sand dunes and restore water flow to a wetland lagoon at USCG Air Station Pt Mugu in Ventura, CA. The work must comply with specific 404 and 401 permits and an Explosive Site Safety Plan. The scope includes landscaping, civil and structural work, biological monitoring, and potential unexploded ordnance remediation.
