The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price task order for design and construction services of temporary facilities, utilities, and necessary ancillary tasks at USCG Base Seattle, Seattle, WA. The Design Build effort is required to support Base Seattle functions that will be displaced and disrupted due the upcoming construction phase of the USCG Homeporting Program. Location of the temporary facilities will be on the southern portion of Terminal 46 directly adjacent to the Base Seattle property and within Base Seattle’s Building 7. Design services shall include an interior programming phase, schematic design and the development of an overall final technical design and production of associated construction documents. All work is required to be complete and ready for occupancy by October 1, 2023.
