THIS IS THE SEED PROJECT FOR 70Z04721RNMACC03. This project scope includes demolition and disposal of STA Building (3,382 GSF), STA Annex (2,712 GSF), 8-ft tall Comunication Tower and Base to include site restoration, complete closure of the sewage pump-out services and holding tank and the finger pier. Project also includes the design and construction of the STA Building and Annex areas pavement to include the Marine Travel Lift Operastions pavement; STA-ANT Building and required support spaces; finger pier and modifying and improvements to the bulkhead to support the lifting and transporting of the mobile boat lift; and all associated site work.
