Description of the work: The rebuild and consolidation of the facilities at Station Fort Macon, Atlantic Beach, NC. The scope of work includes construction of a 29,145 Gross Square Feet (GSF) multi-mission building (MMB), demolition and disposal of existing facilities, site work and utilities. Base Item: Design-Build a Multi-Mission Station Facility at Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. The base bid includes design and construction of a 29,145 Gross Square Feet (GSF) multi-mission building (MMB), demolition and disposal of existing facilities, site work and utilities. Work shall be in accordance with the specifications, as shown on the government-accepted drawings, and as shown on the contractor-originated drawings. Work consists of, but is not limited to: 1. Construction of a new Multi-Mission Building 2. Demolition and disposal of the existing Station Building, Station (Prevention) Boathouse Building, Gym (Racquetball) Facility, and Medical/Dental Building
