This Design-Build project is posted exclusively for those contractors on the current DHS NMACC II contract in its Second Option Period. This project will provide a new waterfront and shore facilities required to moor and maintain 6 FRCs and the associated Maintenance Augmentation Team (MAT). The work includes, but is not limited to: demolishing existing Pier 2 and Wharf 2, constructing waterfront structures (new Pier 2, new Wharf 2, three (3) new floating docks), modernizing spaces in existing buildings, site and ground work and all associated utilities.
