This solicitation for the Design-Build construction project in Tybee, GA is intended for ONLY those nine (9) current contract holders on the current DHS NMACC II construction contract. The Tybee Island project is a Design/Build contruction project at the USCG Station Tybee, GA to include design/build of a new Multi-Purpose Building, demolition of existing facilities, design/build of a covered boat storage, site and ground work, utilities and rehabilitation of the waterfront with design/repair of riprap shoreline revetment.
