The U.S. Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC), Facilities Design and Construction Center (FDCC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the Design/Build Construction of Eastport Family Housing Development, Perry, ME. The project will consist of constructing a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 single family housing units on approximately 75 acres of un-cleared Coast Guard owned land. The project has one Base Item and three (3) Option Items.
