USCG Base Kodiak has a requirement for preparation, shipment and off-site disposal or recycling of non-regulated and universal waste and/or other wastes in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated May 21, 2024. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z04524QKODI0150 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2024-05 Effective: 5/22/2024 This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. NAICS Code 562111 Solid Waste Collection Size Standard: $47M FAR 52.212-1 and addenda to FAR 52.212-1 apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria can be found within the attachment. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission. FAR 52.212-4 and addenda to FAR 52.212-4 apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition. Specific clauses applicable to this acquisition can be found within the attachment. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations.
