Provide all labor and materials to prepare, moor, maintain on station, remove, store for the winter, and turn over to the next contractor on or about 15 April 2022, six Coast Guard furnished buoys at the entrance to the Unalakleet River in accordance with these specifications. Set the buoys on 1 June 2021 or as soon thereafter as ice conditions permit, and remove them on 1 November 2021 or earlier if ice conditions require. The buoys shall be installed by a competent person who has local knowledge of the location of the most desirable channel for the largest vessels that transit the area.
