SERVICE PLAN/ DESCRIPTION: Service provided consists of making the necessary modifications, diagnostic program adjustments and training on the DDC System in accordance with the DDC services contract programming and on-call troubleshooting per attached statement of work. Monthly duration for this agreement will be 16 hours per month. The yearly duration of this agreement will be a total of 192 hours per year.
