The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Acquisition Directorate (CG-C5I-C31), at the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) awarded on a sole-source basis a contract to InCadence Strategic Solutions LLC, 10432 Balls Ford RD STE 240, Manassas, Virginia 20109-2516 for a five year ordering period. The USCG contract is for sustainment support services for InCadence Strategic Solutions LLC proprietary software/equipment as well as the procurement of additional JavelinXL biometrics devices, whcih is standardized by the United States Coast Guard. This action also includes the replacement of cell phones interconnected with the current fielded JavelinXL devices as they reach end of life. This includes the necessary maintenance, engineering tasks, and related training activities to sustain these assets to ensure maximum system availability. InCadence Strategic Solutions LLC is the only authorized distributor of the JavelinXL devices, Ares Gateway, and Ares Software in the U.S. and is the only source that possesses the proprietary rights to this equipment and has the sole ability to service the associated software.
