This program is a collaborative engagement between the contractor and USCG C5I / GMO that provides access to GIS experts who can help define and document a plan of action to execute a geospatial strategy. The contractor will provide twelve IT Professional Services Sprints. These sprints will support the activities identified through the Advisor Services. The intensity and schedule of each sprint will be determined in the sprint planning meeting and will follow a modified Agile methodology. In addition, the the contractor must activate the Premium Data Store feature (M4) subscription for use in the USCG ArcGIS Online environment.
