The U.S. Coast Guard Special Missions Training Center (SMTC) intends to purchase LED Ceiling Light Fixtures. Items being requested are manufactured by Delta T Coporation (Doing Business As Big Ass Solutions). Equivalent items are authorized but must meet the same specifications as the listed items. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z043-18-P-QWD17200. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, please read this entire notice and the instrusctions herein carefully. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Coes is 335122. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The USCG Special Missions Training Center requires the following items and quantity: Ceiling Light Fixture, LED, 10,000 Lumens, Big Ass High Bay LED, 5000K, 120-277V, Wide Lens, 10ft Power Cord, Mounting - Cable 10ft P/N: BAS-HBL3-10050103100100 Lumen Output: 10,135 lumens Color Temp: 5000K System Voltage: 120-277V Lumen Maintenance Tray: Wide Cord Length: 10ft Mounting Hardware: Aircraft Cable, 10ft Controls: No External Dimming Manufacturer: Big Ass Solutions QTY: 34 Ceiling Light Fixture, LED, 20,000 Lumens, Big Ass High Bay LED, 5000K, 120-277V, Wide Lens, 10ft Power Cord, Mounting - Cable 10ft P/N: BAS-HBL3-20050103100100 Manufacturer: Big Ass Solutions QTY: 32 Lumen Output: 20,065 lumens Color Temp: 5000K System Voltage: 120-277V Lumen Maintenance Tray: Wide Cord Length: 10ft Mounting Hardware: Aircraft Cable, 10ft Controls: No External Dimming -Fixtures install with aircraft cable (500 pount safety factor); suitable for suspension by chain or single 3/4" NPT pendant socket. Fixture mounts at minimum distance of 24" from roof or ceiling structure. Vendors shall include the lead time for delivery after receipt of order in their quote along with any shipping fees. EVALUATION PROCESS: Award will be made based on lowest price as long as the items are equivalents. If the lowest price is found to not be an acceptable equivalent, the next lowested priced quote will be evaluated. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the System for Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
