This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice issued by the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, Virginia (TRACEN). TRACEN Yorktown is conducting market research for the commercial lodging in Williamsburg, Virginia. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Quote (RFQ) and no submissions will be accepted as official offers for a contract. TRACEN Yorktown will not reimburse respondents for any expenses associated with this RFI/Sources Sought notice. TRACEN Yorktown is requesting information for the Lodging of approximately 24 Guests as stated in the “DRAFT COPY SOW LODGING” for Williamsburg, Virginia, for IMOC-65. The following information is submitted: Check-in date is estimated as Sunday 14 February 2021. Check-out date is estimated as Sunday 25 April 2021, total of 70 days. Rooms requested is 14 Rooms, 10 Double occupancy and 4 Single occupancy. Estimated number of guests is 24, 2 per double room and 1 per single room. Conference room for admin support and meeting for approximately 45-55 days. Lodging accommodations for USCG Training Center Yorktown, International Division shall consist of within Williamsburg, Virginia area. Geographic restrictions require a hotel bound to US 60, North of VA 132 and South of Airport Rd. TRACEN Yorktown represents that this RFI/Sources Sought notice, submissions from respondents to this RFI/Sources Sought notice, and any relationship between TRACEN Yorktown and respondents arising from or connected or related to this RFI/Sources Sought notice, are subject to the specific limitations and representations expressed below, as well as the terms contained elsewhere in this RFI/Sources Sought notice. By responding to this RFI/Sources Sought notice, respondents are deemed to accept and agree to this Statement of Limitations. Respondents to this RFI/Sources Sought notice acknowledge and accept TRACEN Yorktown’s rights as set forth in the RFI/Sources Sought notice, including this Statement of Limitations. TRACEN Yorktown reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without liability, to utilize any or all of the RFI/Sources Sought notice responses in its planning efforts. TRACEN Yorktown reserves the right to retain and utilize all the materials, information, ideas, and suggestions submitted in response to this RFI/Sources Sought notice. This RFI/Sources Sought notice shall not be construed in any manner to implement any of the actions contemplated herein, nor to serve as the basis for any claim whatsoever for reimbursement of costs for efforts expended in preparing a response to the RFI/Sources Sought notice. The submission of an RFI/Sources Sought notice response is not required to participate in any potential future solicitation.
