The simulation software is VirtualShip, proprietary to CSRA, LLC, and hereby gives notice of their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Purchase Order to CSRA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, 3170 FAIRVIEW PARK DR, FALLS CHURCH, VA 22042, (DUNS 043991108. Cage Code: 52939, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; citations 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) apply. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations.
