The services are required for a Base Year plus Four Option Years, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract at the US Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, as per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the US Coast Guard intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101, of 26 October 2018. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a Small Business Set Aside, and the applicable NAICS is 711130, Musical Groups and Artists, and the Size standard is $11 Mil. QUANTITY (12) MONTHS Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with SYSTEMS FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer. The closing date and time for receipt of quote is TUESDAY 13 AUGUST 2019, at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. The services shall be performed at the US Coast Guard Training Center Chapel, located at 1 US Coast Guard Training Center, Yorktown, VA 23690. All responsible sources may submit a quotation via email to juan.a.soto@uscg.mil, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. The US Coast Guard will only consider Firm Fixed Price (FFP) quotations. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by the US Coast Guard that is not emailed will not be considered for award. All quote emails should be addressed to the attention of Juan Soto, email address of juan.a.soto@uscg.mil. The RFQ document shall be submitted via email in an electronic version in Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF format only. The file capability of USCG's servers is 10 megabytes (MBs). A quote that is of greater size shall be submitted in multiple transmissions, all of which must arrive by the quote submission deadline. By submission of its quote, the offeror is asserting that it understands the RFQ, the RFQ attachments, and that there are no exceptions to the RFQ or its attachments in the quote itself. This RFQ shall not be considered direction to proceed with the subject effort. This RFQ is not a promise of future direction to proceed. Offerors are solely responsible for all RFQ submission costs.
