This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement to purchase repair engine parts. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the US Coast Guard intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101, of 26 October 2018. This Request for Quotation is Unrestricted, and the applicable NAICS is 333618, Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing, and the Size standard is 1500 Employees. Request for Quotation 70Z041-19-Q-QW463300 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto to. The Anticipated Period of Performance: Date of Award through not to exceed 90 days. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with SYSTEMS FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer. The closing date and time for receipt of quote is TUESDAY JUNE 25, 2019, at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Delivery Destination is: USCG TRAINING CENTER YORKTOWN, 1 U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, Yorktown, VA 23690-5000. THE LIST OF ITEMS 1 THROUGH 88 ARE ATTACHED TO THIS SOLICITATION. All responsible sources may submit a quotation via email to juan.a.soto@uscg.mil, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award. All quote emails should be addressed to the joint attention of Juan Soto, email address of juan.a.soto@uscg.mil. The REFQ shall be submitted via email in an electronic version in Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF format only. The file capability of USCG's servers is 10 megabytes (MBs). A quote that is of greater size shall be submitted in multiple transmissions, all of which must arrive by the quote submission deadline. By submission of its quote, the offeror is asserting that it understands the RFQ, the RFQ attachments, and that there are no exceptions to the RFQ or its attachments in the quote itself. This RFQ shall not be considered direction to proceed with the subject effort. This RFQ is not a promise of future direction to proceed. Offerors are solely responsible for all RFQ submission costs.
