This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the US Coast Guard intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05, of 13 August 2019. This Request for Quotation is Set aside for Small Business, and the applicable NAICS is 335312, Motor and Generator Manufacturer and the Size standard is 1500 Employees. Request for Quotation 70Z041-19-Q-QW228900 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto to. The Anticipated Period of Performance: Date of Award through not to exceed 30 days. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with SYSTEMS FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer. The closing date and time for receipt of quote is MONDAY SEPTEMBER 16, 2019, at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award.
