The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for rental of two portable toilet lift units with hand sanitizer for CGC Abbie Burgess availability, and the units must have a lifting rig for overhead crane lifting. Services include weekly cleaning and refilling of hand sanitizer and toilet paper during USCG Yard normal working hours from 0700–1530, with the contractor indicating the weekly cleaning day and notifying the Yard if a holiday interrupts service. The order also includes a line for up to four extra weekly services if units are unavailable or need extra cleaning, billed only if required. Estimated performance runs from 10/01/26 through 12/31/27, with an optional weekly-priced rental extension potentially beginning 1/01/28.
