The government is conducting market research to identify qualified sources for fuel testing services for U.S. Coast Guard vessels and other specified vessels. Interested contractors must be able to provide and ship fuel sample kits worldwide, perform laboratory analysis on shipped samples, ensure quality assurance, handle sample retention and disposal, and report results to the Coast Guard. Services would be performed at the contractor’s fuel laboratory, with domestic and international shipping of samples required. Responses must include a business point of contact, phone number, email address, UEI, and business size classification under NAICS 541380, which has a small business size standard of $19.0 million in average annual receipts.
